Location. The Rufford Hotel is located just south of Nottingham, England, in the leafy suburb of West Bridgford, half a mile from Nottingham Forest and Notts County Football Club, 1.5 miles from the city centre and two miles from Nottingham Castle.

From Nottingham East Midlands Airport (EMA): Distance to the Rufford Hotel is 12 miles, approximately 20 minutes' drive.
Getting there. There is a taxi desk across from the information desk inside the terminal building. Fares are approximately 25 GBP to the hotel. The Skylink shuttle bus runs from the airport to the city centre, Nottingham train station and a bus stop close to the hotel. Buses leave every 30 minutes and cost 5 GBP for a single ticket. Prices are all subject to change.
Getting around. Nottingham is served by a cheap and efficient tram network. A one day tram ticket costs 2.20 GBP and offers unlimited travel. An extensive bus network runs throughout Greater Nottingham. Cycling is popular for exploring the city and there are many cycle lanes in the city centre. Nottingham train station is two miles from the hotel. Buses and trains run to other locations in the East Midlands.
Driving directions. Turn left out of the airport onto the A453. Continue to the M1, Junction 24. Take the second exit, signposted A453 Nottingham South. Follow the A453 past Radcliffe Power Station. At the roundabout, take the second exit for the A453 to Nottingham. Continue past Nottingham Trent University, remain in the left hand lane at the next roundabout and take the first exit onto the B679 towards Wilford and West Bridgford. Follow the B679 to the end. At the traffic lights, turn right onto the A606, Melton Road. Continue for 300 metres. The Rufford Hotel is on the left hand side.
