Taxis are available on the main concourse opposite the Arrivals hall and charge approximately 10 GBP into the city. Bus no. 101 is a regular bus service between the airport, Southampton University and the city centre. The airport is adjacent to Southampton Airport (Parkway Station and boasts the shortest 'plane to train' connection of any European airport.
Driving directions: From the airport head towards Portsmouth on the M27 and then take the A27 towards Chichester. Take the exit signposted A3023/B2149 and at the roundabout take the third exit for Hayling Island. Cross over the bridge, take the first turning on the left and follow the road to the hotel.
