Location. The Hotel Grand Pacific faces the Inner Harbour in Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. Parliament buildings stand adjacent to the hotel while the shops along Government Street are two blocks away.

Hotel Features. Signature dishes served at the Pacific Restaurant include Filet of Locally Caught Salmon marinated in Canadian whisky and maple syrup, with Yukon gold potato and yam strudel. Martinis, and blended and single malt whiskies earn acclaim at the Pacific Lounge. The Mark restaurant is equally well known for its innovative regional fare while the Courtyard Caf� offers teas, coffees, smoothies and an extensive deli menu.
